Video from H2O field work of removing derelict rope.
Video made for field news report: Sea to Shore Alliance conservation biologist and H2O program coordinator, Katelyn Cucinotta, coordinated efforts to move over 1,000 pounds of derelict rope that had washed up on Palm Beach County's Ocean Ridge Hammock Park. The rope was safely moved to higher ground prior to high tide, preventing it from washing away and endangering marine wildlife or recreational swimmers. Since this video was made, it has been removed from the coastal zone completely.
